At Oleander Place, we want your online shopping experience to be as stress free and enjoyable as possible! Whilst we carefully check and pack all of our beautiful items before they are sent out to their new homes, we know that sometimes items can arrive in a different condition than what they were posted in.
Should you have any issues with your order, please contact us with 48hours of receiving your parcel. Please include as much detail as possible, plus photographs of your faulty or damaged item. Depending on the availability from the manufacturer, we will either offer a replacement or refund for damaged goods.
We do not offer exchanges should you change your mind.
All of our stainless steel pendants include a free chain, which is silver/gold plated. As these items are a free gift with your purchase, we cannot offer any warranty should they tarnish, or their lifespan be shorter than expected. We recommend purchasing a stainless steel chain from our store.
Due to the nature of our items sold, and each individual persons reaction to metals, we do not offer refunds or compensation should you have an allergic reaction to any of our jewellery.
Handcrafted stretch bracelets
Should your bracelet break within 3months of purchase, we will offer one free restring. The cost of postage to return the item to us is at the expense of the buyer. Oleander Place will return the bracelet to you via regular mail.
Please ensure that you return as many beads as possible as we will only replace a maximum of 3 beads per bracelet at the time of the restring.
Due to the small size of the beads used in our gemstone and lava bracelets, we do not recommend that they be given to children under the age of 5years.
We will not sell or disclose your personal details to any third party. We may from time to time send emails to our customers, however you can unsubscribe at any time.
